Audio Sync For 1 tuner only?

I was wondering if there is a way to set a delay for the audio of just 1 of the tuner cards. I have a PVR350 and a PVR500 which work great. I also have a Fusion HDTV 5 Lite which puts the audio for the analog channels right into the soundcard. This causes the sound to be played while the video portion is still being processed. I know SageTV has a "Audio Playback Delay" I can set but I need the audio delay on only 1 of 4 tuners not on all 4.

I think the problem is more of a connection/configuraton problem: the audio should be encoded into the recording, not sent directly to the speakers as the video records. If using a software encoder (which I think is what you would be doing w/the analog input on that car), the audio has to go to some input that the encoder can user as the show records & SageTV has to be configured to use that audio input source for the recording -- this should happen on p. 145 in the v4.1 manual.
