Thanks very much for your pointer, but I just can't see what it is that you are spose to do with this script, it seem really vauge as though you have to guess everything. or is it me?

I searched for the Attention all mytheatre users, nothing, search yourself and see.

the things that I need to know is where is this script added?
what is it trying to achive?
what is the name of this script?

and will you have to edit this for the first time?

what is it using from the mytheatre scan to sync the chanels, the chanels.mdb?

I want to learn how this works, but I need to be able to learn from somethig!!
lots of people are showing the scripts that they have used, but don't really say much more than that. christ, I work in IT I can't be that thick,lol

well I have decided that I must be really stupid, lol
I can't see where this xmltv.properties file that we need is available
and I guess that it sposed to go in the sage directory?

where can I get this file?
and what will need to be edited in it ?

You create it, see Demedius' importer for details on how to configure it. It can be configured with any text editor (notepad).
