EPG messed up 3/25/06

Is anyone else having problems with the EPG this morning?

The problem started when I noticed that I could only get one channel. The EPG showed only channel 29. I restored last night's backup of Sage.properties and Wiz.bin files. No help. Restored the night before that. No help.

So finally I tried switching the channel lineup, under "Setup Video Sources". It filled in more channels, but there are still huge gaps listed as "No information".

Anyone else have this problem?

If you want to try it on your system, choose zip code 80126, "Comcast Suburbs Rebuild Lineup - Aurora".

Thanks,
Eric

Double check and make sure that there is not a better choice. Sometimes the rebuilds get done and go away and another, better listing is available.

I've got the same problem.
I'm in Northville, MI. but its the same as Comcast Plymouth - Canton lineup.

Its weird, I've got internet access on the box (it was unplugged for a few days, but it has been back on for at least two days) and I've attempted to force an EPG update, but I get No Data on every channel.

Ditto. "No Data" on several channels. Started yesterday.

That's my line up and I'm not having any issues with it. I know-my wife would tell me.

Great! You should stop by sometime and fix mine then. :P
I saw your location when posting this, and was actually wondering whether yours was working or not. Since it is, I can at least verify that it is definately something wrong with my sage install/configuration/network, and not something on the intarweb side of things.
Well, back to pounding on this thing. Thanks for the info.

I had a problem where all my channels lost data but it was on the 27th. I think maybe Zap2it was having problems, though their web page was up to date. I went through and "removed" then "added" each channel in my line ups and it started to update again. Was a little spotty for a day or two now all seems fine.

Thanks for all the input. I think it was a problem with Zap2it. The problems didn't last too long, and haven't appeared since.
