Sage Support

This isnt exactly related to the software persay, but is there a problem with Sage support? I have sent them four emails and filled out the online form three times but haven't heard anything.

Thanks!

How long ago was it? If it was longer than just a couple days, check to make sure their emails aren't getting blocked by a spam filter or some such thing.

No spam filter on my end. I started requesting support on Tuesday. The web site says 72 hours so I didnt know if anyone knew of something else they might be tied up with (major flaw, new release coming out, etc).

I've had trouble with support also. I sent in a specific request for help on two long-term problems over a week ago and never received a response. No spam blocking on my end.

There were issues with our hosting provider dropping emails from some of the PHP scripts. We're now pointing to some new servers (at a new provider) and shouldn't be having issues anymore. My apologies if your support requests got lost, you may want to submit another.

should the user receive a confirming problem report case and tracking #, so a lost email on the original report would not be a surprise.
