Remote Wonder crashing?

I have a Myblaster and a ATI Remote Wonder. The peculiar problem this setup is giving me is the Myblaster frequently recieves a signal from my TV's remote which causes the ATI Remote Wonder software to crash.

In my case there is no real reason for the IR blaster to receive IR signals at all, it just does. I use it as a sender only.

The software used it HERemote and ATI's Remote Wonder driver.

Has anyone experienced this, and is there a way to stop it?

Experienced the exact same issue with the ATI RW. PC became unstable. Moved to Hauppauge remote that came with PVR-150 and removed ATI RW ... everything is fine and dandy now

I found a West Virginia solution to this. Since I don't need to send anything to this IR blaster, I blocked it from the outside world. It sits on top of the cable box in my cabinet with a glass window in front. I built a little aluminum box for it to sit in, open to the front. I covered the front with a white card that's not quite opaque. The glass has a bumper sticker on it.

The IR blaster blasts through the card and bounces off the glass to the cable box now.
