ac3 filter problem
Can't seem to get my sage box to recognize the ac3 audio on my DVD ripped avi file. Video codec is xvid.
I've got the current beta installed (current stable version didn't help me either). I've gone through just about every possible combo in the ac3 config program and inside sage but the file just won't play the audio. I know the audio works on another machine but I don't know what makes it different (in terms of software). It doesn't work in sage, WMP, and WMP classic (all current versions). Directx is also up to date. Could it be my sound card? It's an old SB 512. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Last edited by zik; 03-19-2006 at 01:40 AM.
