USB2 Temporal Static Level

I found a tremendous difference in quality on my PVR-500 by using the Hauppauge Tweaker (http://www.cask-of-amontillado.com/pvr_tweak.html) to set the temporal static level to zero (from the default of 8). The Tweaker hasn't been updated in quite a while, and doesn't work with the USB2. Does anyone know what the corresponding registry setting would be for the USB2?
