Videoredo help w/sage recording

I am using the videoredo plus for the first time. I ran the ad detective and it marked the commercials. Now what do I do to get these commercials out of the movie?

Also, is there a better way to remove commercials than Videoredo?

This is probably the simplest tool to use when cutting your commercials out of an MPEG file. For anything else i usually use TMPGEnc.
