No audio on recordings made while watching DVD.
Recently I've had a number of shows recording without audio. It took me a while to track down the cause, but I've finally found it.
Whenever I watch a DVD (usually in either DD or DTS, I haven't tried stereo or pro logic DVDs) any shows recorded while the DVD player is in use have no audio. Furthermore, after exiting the DVD Player portion of sage, I have no audio at all on live or recorded tv until I reload sage. Once I reload sage, I receive audio fine, but anything recorded during the problem has no audio at all. This is on sage 1.4.10 using the intervideo decoders for DVD Audio. I'd have to check what my usual audio decoders are, I believe they're different.

I will have to check. I did notice that after watching some of a DVD, when I went back to "Live TV' which was currently taping a show, there was no live audio. I haven't checked the recording yet.

I seem to be able to avoid this behavior by using the same audio decoder for both DVD and TV. It's not ideal, but it works.
