DVB-T & Hauppauge MVP?

I've just made the leap to Sage 4.1.8 with an MVP and a Terrratec Cinergy 2400i. Sage is able to record from it; I know this as I can play the files in Windows Media Player (they are being recorded on a Small Business Server box, and I haven't yet got playback in Sage working on it; some audio issue).

However, on the MVP I just get a black screen. And some very, very faint sound that I can just hear if I concentrate hard and the volume is on full. Anyone else getting this?

Strange thing is that I can play other files that I recorded with the Hauppauge PVR500 fine. The property is set to say record programme stream rather than transport stream.

I'm using a nova-t with my mvp and that works fine. I have a few problems with some channels having no video (or audio) using the fledgeling built in sage dvb-t support but using the sbda recorder it works fine.

I just realised my comments above were to do with the 4.1.7 release. I've just tried seeting up my nova-t using the in built sage support in 4.1.8 and experienced exactly the same as you: the file won't play throught the mvp.
