Turn off menu fading

I'm probably just blind and missed it, but where do I turn off the menu fading?

Setup > Detailed Setup > Customize > Menu Transition Fading Options

Then Select Configure

Toggle Enabled / Diabled next to "Menu transitionsa use fading effect when 3D Acceleration is enabled"
