Broken: Beta 4.1.8 does not see network

Just installed v4.1.8 and I can't set up my video recording directories, whether running as a service or not. When I click the yellow Network folder nothing happens (although the yellow folder disappears). V4.1.8 was installed on top of V4.1.6.
