Placeshifter Problem on Pal Videos

I have a problem with placeshifter on pal setup. Video and audio seems to be way out of sync unless you drop frame rate to 20 in settings. Pal framerate is 25fps but there is not an option for this (default is 30) and dynamic streaming system does not seem to detect the correct settings. Is this a framerate issue or is it something else I am overlooking. Any ideas?
