HDMI Connector Width

Can someone tell me the width of an HDMI connector at it's widest point? I need to fish one through a hole later but am concerned that the 1" hole is too narrow.

Thx.

EDIT: I had "DVI" and meant to say "HDMI". Oops.

The HDMI connectors I got from Monoprice just fit through a 7/8" hole. The ferrite bead on a the cable was slightly larger than the connector. DVI from the same source requires a hole slightly larger than 1 1/2" diameter.

Other sources may be different.

Thanks Lynn. I thought the HDMI connector was less than an inch.
