No fast forward on DVB-T Recording

Last night I recorded two programmes using Sage with my Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T card. The first, recording BBC1 plays back fine but will not fast forward / skip. If either of the FF buttons are pressed I am returned to the stop menu (asking to resume, delete etc). The second programme, recorded from ITV1 functions completely fine with no FF issues, all works correctly! Can anyone shed any light why this may be ?

Also, some channels (notably E4) sometimes start with no sound. Cancelling the liveTV for these channels and returning later the sound is OK.

Finally, some channels will not always tune, they just show a black screen. Sometimes if I revisit them later they work ok.

I am using Sage 4.1.6 with the updated files from Qain. My tuning is for the Sutton Coldfield transmitter with freqencies verified.

Please help, the DVB-T experience is getting frustrating.
