Fully integrated remote learning capabilities

"SageTV also has fully integrated remote learning capabilities from within the application". Is that just for the IRMan and the USB-UIRT? Can i learn codes from my Cinema7 remote through my cordless keyboard's IR receiver to Sage?
Thanks

This just applies to the supported IR receivers; the IRMan and the USB-UIRT. For everything else (besides the Hauppauge remote) you have to use Girder.

Trying to answer my own question. If I plonk down $40 for the IRman, will I be able to use the RadioShack Cinema7 remote and the integrated features WITHOUT the need for Girder?

Second question - If I decide eventually to tackle Girder to control other features on my computer, will the IRman and my RadioShack Cinema7 work with that?
Thanks
