Why aint the listing showin up?
Using the trial version to see hwo good it is, on the program of the listings of shows to watch like 1-25 it says no, how do i enable it to tell em what show is on, instead of a big ol none or no discription?

I don't know if you may have done this already but go into setup then video sources and then reset all the information for each appropriate video source and see if that may work.

If you mean that you are getting no guide data for all your channels, check this FAQ to see what ports need to be open in your firewall. If that is not an issue... where are you located? If in the US or Cnaada, did you enter your zip/postal code? Sometimes people ahve reported the first guide download taking a while. You could try going to Channel Setup & toggling a channel off & then back on -- that will force an EPG update.
