Setting up the PVR 150 Retail IR Blaster

EDIT: Okay, so since I RTFM i editted my question. My new one is: can I use a Hauppauge Rosyln PVR card that I use an Actisys 200L with and then add a PVR 150 retail with the Hauppauge Blaster to control another STB? Will there be any conflicts at all betwee the cards...?

side note: i notice the non MCE version does not have RCA jacks. Do you just input the audio with the line in?
