What;s it take to get a copy of my key???

I lost my registration key (along with 2 computers) in a flood we had a few weeks ago. I had backups of all the data, but, that does not much matter if the PC is right next to the other PC....

I emailed technical support about the issue and await a response. Has anyone else had trouble getting a key in the past? Thanks.
