Is it possible to apply parental control to imported videos?
Hi
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to restrict access to imported media based upon the parental control settings? Steve |

In my long range plans. But just finished with standard EPG guide channel restrictions - that was easy in comparison. Still have other Guides (mlbdude/malore), SageTV recordings and Imported Videos to go - that is hard. Took me a long time (little over a month) to get the channel restrictions on the standard EPG guide done so maybe someone will beat me to it.
If you are interested in the channel restrictions check out this plugin Favorite Channel Lists. BobP. |

I have used the R/W Metadata plugin and the Web Interface plugin to set the rating values for imported videos. Once they have ratings for each video, Sage will apply whatever parental control settings you have defined.
