Any Suggestions on a new Motherboard?

I think I am cracking on the ECS Motherboard ... It seems to lock my system whether or not I have a Soundblaster card or USB2 PVR. Looks like it I have 2 tuner recording at once that sets it of ... It's not the temps because I have been monitoring it for days and the highest CPU temp is 46 and system is 43.

So, I am looking for an ABIT board ... Any thoughts / suggestions on these 478 boards for my 3GHz P4???

Wish they had one of those AW8MAX silent boards for a 478 chip with more PCI slots! Oh, well ...

Thanks, T.

Good choice, just be careful and be sure you have a prescott - I believe you could also get an adapter for that board to use a Pentium M Processor (ASUS CT-479) - ditch soundblaster anything as they present tons of problems in plenty of systems that I've worked on.
