video on tv out
I had to reinstall after a hard drive crash and now I only get video on the PC monitor. I get all the menus and my desktop on the tv, just not video. I had this problem the first time but cant remember what fixed it. I am using the sage decoder as I cant find my win DVD disk but I did use the win dvd decoder last time. Also, using power dvd I can watch dvds on monitor and tv at the same time but that codec crashed sage. This all has something to do with video overlay mode but I cant remember what. Also, i used an older version of catalyst for my ati 9200 card last time. This time I had to get the latest drivers to get color on my tv out and its control panel is all different and in fact just the control panel taxes my P3 500 client I use for watching. I know its sub spec but it all worked before. Im afraid its these new catalyst drivers that required .net and all that installed.
Any thoughts?

I use clone mode with my 9600 non-pro model with the monitor as primary
