An easy question :)
Hello everyone.
I am relatively new to this stuff but am very computer savvy. I've been looking for a setting that will prevent LIVE tv from recording so many small files do not get created. i.e. If I turn Sage on and then start changing channels Sage will record every second of every channel that comes on the screen. So if I run thru 12 channels while surfing then there's 12 new files in my recorded folder.  I'm sure they must be a way to avoid this right? Thanks, eclas

You can't stop the recording process -- live TV always records (p. 20 in the v4.1 manual: getting started/watching live tv) and then deletes live TV either shortly after the show is over or when space is needed (for more info: p. 230 in the PDF manual, automatic cleanup of live tv).
