Picture Quality with Different Win-TV Tunners?

Ok, I recently bought my second Win-TV-PVR 150 tunner card and noticed that the recordings on the new WinTV tunner were significanlty better (not as fuzzy) as my first tunner.

Is there such a variation in quality in WinTV 150 cards, or is there another setting I don't know about?

So to recap: Tunner #1 shows fuzzy / blury pictures - like low quality recordings, while Tunner #2 shows sharp clear pictures. I am testing the differences looking at live TV on both tunners.

my 150 is pretty old and my pictures are very clear

try swapping the cables and see if the quality changes. It could be a cabling or splitter issue.

Used same cable, same results.

I read in other posts about channel fine tunning - does each WinTV card keep their own table of channel frequencies? I am wondering if the bad WinTV card simply has bad tunning of channels?
