Black strip on left side of picture

I installed the V4.1.6 beta (both server and client) and so far haven't noticed anything other than a black stripe on the left side of teh picture. I've gone in and adjusted the overscan to the point that the alignment markers are completely off screen, yet the stripe is still there. When I adjust the aspect ratio it just streches the picture off screen, but the stripe is still there. It's like the entire picture is shifted to the right. This is consistant on both the server and the client.

The server is running nVidia and the client, Intervideo decoders and I've tried both the VMR9 and Overlay renderers.
