Cannot load DirectShow filters ??

My system: Windows 2000 Pro (SP4), Zoltrix TV Max, 512 Megs DDR, 40 Gig HDD, Geforce2 GTS, SB Live.

I've just installed the SageRecorder v1.3.8 app but am getting the following error message when "Previewing" Composite or TV Tuner:

Filters Not Found

Cannot load DirectShow filters.
Please ensure SageTV filters are registered.
==========

Is my Zoltrix TV Max card supported by the app? How do i resolve this problem? Normally I'd use the Zoltrix TV Max app but for some reason the program is having problems finding the BT848_32.dll file (downloading this file and registering it only creates a BSOD on launching TV Max app on my Win2K system).

Perhaps you can suggest a TV Tuner app that will work with my old Zoltrix TV Max card and will allow me to view the Tuner and Composite channel, as well capture video clips and images.

The problem you are having is because SageRecorder (and SageTV) does not support the Zoltrix Card. You can see a list of the cards we support at http://www.sage.tv/requirements.html
