Any way to fake out the channel guide?

On my cable system, ABC is broadcast on 7 and 12, but only 7 appears in the channel guide. The problem is that channel 7 has got so much distortion on it that it's virtually unwatchable. But 12 looks just fine.

Is there any way that I can map the guide to use channel 12 whenever it's supposed to use channel 7?

You can remap channels in the Channel Setup options.

From page 26 of the SageTV manual "Select the channel you wish to re-map and choose options. You will then be prompted to “Map Station to a Different Channel”, select and tell SageTV what the new channel is and hit select or enter. This change will be saved and used going forward. If your lineup changes, you must make the change here again or select a different provider through the Setup Wizard.
