Plextor PVR PX-TV100U Error -5,0X80070004

I get the following error when I try to watch live tv. Any help would be appreciated. The error states the following:

There was a Capture Error in playback. Details:
ERROR (-5,0x80070004): There was a problem
setting up software video compression.
