Using X10 MP3 Anywhere remote
I would like to use my X10 MP3 Anywhere Remote (Model UR51A, uses MR26A Receiver) to control all the functions of Sage. I have the Hauppage small black remote and there just aren't enough buttons!!! Can I use this X10 remote somehow? Do i need the Boom2000 software installed? Do I have to go through girder?
I also have a Cinema7 remote that I use to control my TV, DVD, VCR, receiver etc. Is there a way to use this remote? i.e. set up Sage to be controlled under the AUX button on the remote? This would be a better solution, since then I would continue to use just the one remote. Thanks

I'm gonna need some simple instructions if anyone has this. When you say girder can do this, are you talking about both of my main questions? Would I need both girder and boom2000 software installed for the X10 remote? Is there any setup tweaks required for girder to 'see' my X10 MP3 anywhere remote?
For my regular Cinema7 remote to work with the computer I guess I would have to have some type of IR receiver attached to my computer (the X10 is rf). I have a remote keyboard - would the IR for the keyboard also work for the Remote (i see the keyboard receiver blinking when i press a key on the Cinema7 remote)? Sorry for soo many questions again. Just want to get Sage working so my wife can use it easily, and then I can persuade her to buy a Sage license. Thanks

I to would love to get the X10 to work, since the plan is to be able to have the PC downstairs and the theater system upstairs.
