How well does NetStream 2000TV work?

Hello - I'm interested in purchasing a NetStream 2000TV card, but I'm not sure what features I'll be losing if I use this card.

My understanding is that because of the built-in TV scan converter, you can watch live TV in both full-screen and windowed mode. Furthermore, you'll get OSD even in full-screen mode. The only thing (I think) you lose is VMR.

Can someone please confirm?

Thanks,
...Scott

OK - the NetStream 2000TV arrived, but the desktop is so fuzzy when viewed on the TV out (using RGB connector), that it's not worth it. Is this normal?
