Some channels in EPG listings using wrong time zone?

I'm on the west coast, and the EPG I use is 90245 - Time Warner Digital Cable, Gardena, CA. I've noticed in the past couple of weeks that every show that was recorded off of MTV2 was wrong... it was not the correct show. I chalked it up to mismatch in the listings...

But this weekend I noticed that on Discovery Times, the show we were watching was listed in the EPG as having occured 3 hours before. In other words, the EPG was showing what was currently playing on that channel on the east coast!

Has anyone else noticed this problem? It's only cropped up on a couple of channels, but it's kinda annoying.
