Actively recording in Sage when in KDE.

Also..... type the following at the bash prompt (as root):

nano ~/.kde/Autostart/autosage.sh

(while in Nano):
/opt/sagetv/app/startsage

(exit out of Nano and save the file)

chmod 777 startsage

Now, when you boot into KDE using the shell files from the above hyperlink, it will automatically start SageTV server in the background. I imagine exiting out of KDE will stop the server. Going back in starts it up again

It also works great with the MVP using KDE. Controlling Sage with Nielm's webserver and watching on the MVP is nice......

I may just use the KDE GUI for the computer and should still be able to use the MVP.... cool....
