Actively recording in Sage when in KDE.

Also..... type the following at the bash prompt (as root):
nano ~/.kde/Autostart/autosage.sh (while in Nano): /opt/sagetv/app/startsage (exit out of Nano and save the file) chmod 777 startsage --------------------- Now, when you boot into KDE using the shell files from the above hyperlink, it will automatically start SageTV server in the background. I imagine exiting out of KDE will stop the server. Going back in starts it up again Last edited by laurenglenn; 01-18-2006 at 01:00 PM. |

It also works great with the MVP using KDE. Controlling Sage with Nielm's webserver and watching on the MVP is nice......
I may just use the KDE GUI for the computer and should still be able to use the MVP.... cool.... Lauren |
