Feature Request:Theater 550 programable filter control

I was dazled by the specs and description of the ATI Theater 550 pro. I was disapointed by the lack of options for tweaking a tuner in sage tv. I honestly get more performace and better picture quality out of the freely available VLC media player! It can actualy access "ALL" the programable filter features for the Theater 550 pro. Thus resulting in a much more attractive and cleaner picture from the tuner. More true to the description that is given on ATI's site.
Not to be a pain but i want more than Contrast, Brightness, Hue etc. When I have paid for more advanced features and leaving them to waste.
If more featured options were in sage to access this that would pwn.
Or perhaps Iam a noob and you guys know more on how to tweak this specific card? Perhaps you all hate this card? What ever it may be more in the way of picture corection would be greatly appreciated I love the program and it seems sage is very configurable based on all the little add-ons you guys make all the time. Could use of these filters be made available through a package?

Thanks for the great PVR !

bump!

What gives? The card isn't even deinterlacing - and if it's not going to do that, I honestly don't know what I got it for! Or is this a driver problem? (It could be that this is not SageTV's fault.)

Your video card handles deinterlacing, not your capture card.

Hmm. So what does this "motion adaptive 3D comb filter" do? I thought it was a deinterlacer - but I must have misunderstood. Does it have a different job?
