Question Sage not recognizing old recordings

Before I get started, I just want to say thanks to you guys for helping make such a great product even greater! I have not had to post here as of yet because of all of the helpful posts and addons from this dynamic user community!

That being said, I had a problem this weekend that I have not been able to rectify. I am using the newest version of Sage. We had a power outage this weekend and for some reason when my system came back up, everything was reset to the default settings. I had not made a backup of my wiz.bin and sage.properties for a couple of weeks. I had to reinstall sage and then restored an old copy of my wiz.bin.

Everything is now back up and works fine except for the fact that there are some old files I had recorded with Sage that are not showing up now. Is there any way to get Sage to now recognize them short of putting them into an import directory or something?

If wiz.bin and wiz.bak were corrupted & you don't have more recent backups, you won't be able to get the most recent recordings back into the list of recordings w/details. They should already be in the Video Library menu, though. If you installed a new version very recently, there will be SageTV-created backups in your SageTV dir.

Yep, they are there. That's cool. As long as my wife can get to them, we're ok. ! Thanks for your help.
