two 150s, only one tuner showing up??
I don't know if this question goes here or in the sage software part. i have a sempron system with two 150 hauppauge's setup. already had one working fine and loaded the new one the other day. i "think" i have it installed correctly and there are no ! in the system hardware config in windows xp. looks like it got the drivers correctly. i'm not able to pull up the second card in sage, however. i looked in the sage.properties and there doesnt' appear to be an ignore line for the second 150 card.
I'm sure tons of people have done this, but i can't find a topic on this already. could someone tell me what to do next or where to look to fix this? thanks orange. |

Just to double check, by 'ignore line', you mean you checked the "mmc/ignore_encoders" property in sage.properties?
Another basic thing to check is to make sure no other software is trying to use the card. - Andy

yeah, that was the line i was talking about. it did have an ignore line for some sound card, but that was it.
also, i haven't installed the hauppaugge software or any other program that would use it besides sage. thanks for the quick reply. |

I know you don't see any issue in the WinXP harware config but I would suggest reloading the drivers. I had a problem where WinXP didn't see any issues in Hardware config but Sage didn't recognize one of tuners (sounds familiar
![]() It is just what I would try next. Failing that I would consider installing and checking out the tuners in WinTV to see if they both work correctly. I never figured out how to run multiple tuners in WinTV ![]() |
