How to get Vbox DTA 150 to work?
I just received Vbox's DTA 150 and am having trouble getting Windows XP Pro to load drivers properly. The new hardware wizard goes through the steps to load the BDA and tuner drivers, but states the card will not start and shows a code 10 failure. Any advice on how to get the system to correctly recognize the card?
BTW, the system has two PVR 250 cards and has been working well with Sage. I have Sage 2.2 and will load Sage 4 after I get the card setup. Thanks, Steve |

EDIT: Maybe you mean that the card doesn't even work under Windoze.... I think I had to use the drivers off the CD and push through XP's unsigned driver red tape. HTH Last edited by teknubic; 01-13-2006 at 11:19 AM. |

SteveP,
That card is not listed on the supported cards for SageTV 4. However, I am guessing the 150 is jsut the low-profile version of the 151. Is that so? If so, it should work fine. Let me know, as I am thinking about a new low-profile case setup myself spockware |

Spockware, the 150 card has a single ATSC, digital only tuner where the 151 has analog and digital tuners. The 150 seems to work well. I don't remember how I finally got it to work, but I have two of them working on a new Sage 4 based system.
