Right Channel But Wrong Tuner

Got a bit of a problem recording one particular channel that comes in via an external freeview box (Terrestrial digital)

I'm using Sage 4.1 with two PVR250's one of which is setup to connect to the freeview box via it's composite input. The EPG is comming in from XMLTV and I'm using the multiple xml input addin to allow me to use 1.xml for the direct tuning (both card 1 and card 2) and 2.xml for the composite/freeview tuning (card 1 only).

I've very recently added another channel to the freeview list (Channel 12) this is only enabled for 2.xml which is setup for the composite input on card 1.

The problem I'm having is that Sage insists on using the direct tuner on card 2!

Of course it doesnt record the right program and just seems to record whatever the tuner was last set to.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

I've tried setting up the channels again for both 1.xml and 2.xml, toggling the channel giving the trouble, but it's still recording with the wrong tuner.
