Slideshow Request - from a DVD or CD

I have many of my pictures on CD or DVD. I'd like to be able to have a simple interface where I can select a bunch of pictures and then organize them in a slide show -- this would store the show info in an xml file (photo location, relative to a parent directory), transitions, order, etc. and then read them from the DVD for the show vs. having to import them into sage which seems to be a timeconsuming process.

Is something like this possible with Studio?

I'm probably not the best person to answer this...

But yes.. I'm pretty sure you could do this.. It wouldn't be easy though...

You can setup playlists with Studio.. and the Dynamic main menu reads in an XML file to get the menu.. so the component are there.. You just would have to Write the code to do what you want.. Again.. It wouldn't be easy...

There might? already be a way to import music playlists?? That might be the easiest way to go if you could hack that...
