encrypted vob support in linux

hey, i saw that vobs are supported. does that mean the encrypted vobs of retail store-bought dvds? i know the legal issues with linux and retail dvds are tricky. so does sage provide a legal means to view retail dvds in the linux oem edition? thanks, bob.
