Need advice on a good AMD-compatible Motherboard

Looking for a Good Proven AMD-compatible Motherboard for a Athlon XP with a AGP Slot and 5 pci slots for my HTPC rebuild.................Recommendations please

Ditto on the Abit NF7-S2, also the Asus A7N8X-E. Both are discontinued and use the old SocketA style CPU, but are more than enough for an HTPC and are rock solid. You can pick them up on eBay, occasionally newegg and amazon fore pretty darn cheap. [i.e., $50-$70]

If you are looking at newer boards, I've been eying the Asus A8N-VM CSM GeForce 6150. With a built in 6XXX series GeForce card and available optional TV out, I think it looks like a real nice motherboard.
