Controling aspect ratio during photo slideshow

Controling aspect ratio during photo slideshow

Is there any way to control aspect ratio during slideshow of photos? I have a 4:3 HDTV and I was able to tweak the strech settings so that videos is displayed properly. However, it appers that there is no way to use those aspect ratios during slideshow.
Any help is much appreciated.
