Firefly problems

I just updated to the new ver of SAGE. I'm having a problem getting my firefly remote to change channels though. Everything else works fine. When I try and change channels it changes channels in SAGE but not on my Direct TV STB. What am I doing wrong?

I seem to remember that someone posted having trouble with the EXETUNER plugin after upgrading - is that what you are using

I have a "Phillips" Direct TV STB, and use ACTisys IR200L to change the channel, I reinstalled SAGE and got to the "configuration wizard", "select remote control" section. I selected "no remote or external configuration", it then asks me to point the remote for the STB at the IR200L. Last time I used the STB remote and pressed buttons etc and it worked. Should I use the firefly remote to set it up? Or the STB remote?

If you want it to change channels on your set top box you would use your set top box remote, wouldn't you? Wouldn't you just follow the instructions in the Sage manual? When you configured source setup wouldn't you choose to use the ACTisys IR200L ? You would use your Firefly when you want to link that remote for commands in Sage I would think.

I think it is a problem with SAGE and the Firefly remote. I have a new remote on order and am going to try it out with SAGE.

So how exactly are you doing this with the ACTisys? The Firefly remote is a RF (radio frequency) remote. The ACTisys is a IR (infra red receiver). How are you expecting this to work?
