Deal or No Deal
Funny thing.. these shows are all first run at this point, but having watched one of them they ALL show up as watched now in my EPG! Shouldn't the watched flag be dictated by whether or not a particular episode has been viewed, not whether or not a show title has been viewed?
Is this just me?

They are all using a generic SH show ID. You can try disabling the Detect Repeat Airings option in Detailed Setup -> Customize.
You could also see this FAQ to see if SageTV could ask the EPG data provider to provide better listings for that show. - Andy
