The program source is tied to the tuner card, so if you go into the setup wizard does it still list your tuner card and source. This is just a guess, I've never had this problem.

Thanks but that's not it.

What's the procedure for re-installing and not losing any data?

OK this is really wierd. I can't figure it out.
I reinstalled the program and the same thing. No EPG and no channels in the channel line up. Is it possible the Sage server is down?

Try the latest version at http://sage.tv/beta.html See if that resolves it.

A few questions,

1. Should I uninstall ver.1.3?

2. How do I install the beta without losing the detailed info?

3. Sagetv was performing flawlessly for two months. It seemed to me that before these problems started, when I marked a show as "Don't Like" in the recording schedule it would not record it. Now even when I mark shows "Don't Like" it records them anyway and I have to delete them manually.

Just really odd. If I have a corrupted wizzybinny file, what is the procedure for becomming uncorrupted and does it invlove losing the detailed info?

If I can back up the wizzybinny file, any information changed between backup and restoe will be lost. Is that correct?

Thanks, Sagetv still beats the Haupauge software that came with my wintv pvr350.

1. It doesn't hurt
2. Just do it, it preserves settings by default
3. This is fixed in the latest version

See how it goes after the upgrade.

An update, I uninstalled 1.3 and installed the beta 1.4. Things seem to be fine now.
