Help with Aspect Ratio Mode?
I'm trying to tune the Aspect Ratio mode to avoid a problem that I've been having. When I set it to "Fill", I often get a video glitch where the image switches from 4x3 to 16x9, for just about a 10th of a second, but it happens every few minutes and is annoying. If I set it to "Use Source", the problem seems to go away. However, then the image doesn't reach the bottom of my screen. If I increase the Vertical Zoom Percent, the image gets taller, and cuts off at the top, but doesn't reach any lower.
A. What is different about "Fill" mode that might cause this glitch? B. Is there anyway I can translate the picture in the Y-axis, without making it taller? Thanks to anyone who can help. |

My video card is filling the display, and then some (overscan). It's Sage that's not filling the display, and only when I'm using "Use Source".

Sorry, I switched between fill and source, but couldn't see any difference. Maybe someone else can help.

Try going in and out of full screen mode when you have this problem. Let me know if that resolves it. It might just need to refresh some internal calculations.
