Pvr-500 or 2 PVR-150's?

I currently have a PVR-350 but would like to add at least one tuner and maybe 2 tuners. I have heard the quality of the 500 is not good.
Which one should I get?

Also, can HD capture cards record regular Standard Definition? If so could I just use a HD capture card and be prepared when I get a HDTV?

It had nothing to do with PQ in fact the 150 and 500 have same PQ.

Thanks for the reply.
Can you tell me whether I can use a HD card even though I have SD tv and cable? I am just looking forward to when I buy a HD tv.

HD cards don't work well for analog (SD) stuff.
