SageTv recordings create 2 files - one works one is broken

Hi

I have recently started using sageTv on my new shuttle sd11g5 with a hauppauge pvr usb2. I have recorded four of five shows so far but the last 2 have failed to record properly. One was a favourite and one was a film I set to record.

On my recording disk for both 2 files were created

e.g.
TheSimpsons-HelloGutterHelloFadder-190476-1
TheSimpsons-HelloGutterHelloFadder-190476-0

The first file is fine and plays ok but the second file will not play in sagetv. When I tried a quickstream fix in VideRedo it gave an error message "Mpeg stream error: Audio Frame has the wrong length"

When the second plays in sagetv or videoredo it gets stuck like a vinyl record. The video bitrate seems to have noticably dropped as well on the second file.

Anybody else seen this behaviour?

thanks
