SageTV not playing video

When I'm setting up my video source I am able to see the preview of the channel. However after going through the wizard settings I am unable see the live TV feed. If I use InterVideo WinDVR I can see the live TV feed and channel surf without any problems. This setup was working with 2.X and 4.0. I had upgraded to 4.1 today and now I am unable watch the live feed and therefore cannot record any shows. Recorded shows are played as blank screens with no audio just like the live feed. (EDIT: I've just tried to play the recorded show via VLC Media player and it plays fine. However this worries me that my SageTV Media Extender that I've ordered will not playback these files)I've tried to uninstall and re-install the 2.0 version that came with my plextor but it still doesn't work. I've tried also re-installing DirectX 9.0c (Dec 2005 Re-dist) but that didn't fix it either.

I can play all my imported media but there is severe stuttering. If I play it back in WMP the stuttering persists however if I use VLC Media player I do not see this issue. Since that is the case I belive that there is a problem with my playback settings. I've tried both VMR and Overlay and both still have the stuttering video issue.

My specs are below. I'm at a loss at what to do next to remedy this situation. Thanks for any advice or help you can give me.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software and rebooted multiple times. I finally fixed the problem by uninstalling and manually deleting the folder under the "Programs Files" directory and using regedit to manually delete every instance of SageTV/Frey. After that i reinstalled a fresh copy of 4.1.3 and now I am able to see the live feed without any problems. There is still severe video stuttering/choppiness with my playback so I still need help with those settings. There are no issues with Audio playback only the video is effected. However the major issue has been resolved.
