Corrupt Icons in Sage 4.0
When I first start up the program, everything appears to work fine. As I switch between program guide, etc, the interface button graphics go corrupt. Its even worse when I go full screen, the video looks great, but the buttons are all messed up.
I am using a 20.1" Dell Widescreen Monitor.....I am wondering if this is the culprit. I haven't read any posts on a similar problem, so I am a bit baffeled. I am still on the 15 day free trial, and would not hesitate to purchase if I could get this issue resolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do you have a screen shot? Use Alt+Print Screen while SageTV is the active program.
Try turning off 3D Acceleration in Detailed Setup -> Advanced. If it is only while videos are playing when you are on a menu, try turning off videos on menus by using the Options command on almost any screen & changing the Video Menu Options to display Never. - Andy

Wow Opus! Thanks for the quick reply. The earliest I will be able to get screenshots or try your ideas will be sometime tommorrow.
I don't think its a video/menu thing because the menu is screwed up when no video is present. The disabling 3D is a good idea. Now if I do disable the 3D and everything works, will the video be all choppy and unusable? I guess I will find out! Thanks again. |

That was it Opus! I unchecked the 3D button and everything snapped into place. No noticeable performance hits either. Thanks again!
