Client loses connection on "live" TV

Client loses connection on "live" TV

Client works fine for playback of previously recorded or library files but if I try to stream "live" shows it says it has lost connection with SageTVServer.

I have tried everything - firewall settings, services settings but I always get same result.

Any thoughts??
